This service is for you if you’ve organised your wedding and booked your vendors, but would love an experienced professional to bring everything together. You remain the creative force behind your celebration, and we get to know your plans, understand the details that matter to you and coordinate their delivery, so you and your loved ones can enjoy the day.
Eight weeks before your wedding, we meet to discuss your booked vendors, overall vision, styling details and preferences for how you would like the day to flow.
PLANNING
As your wedding approaches, we contact your vendors to confirm the final details and bring their arrangements into the overall plan.
FINAL VENDOR CONFIRMATIONS
We create a detailed timeline that documents timings, responsibilities and key moments, giving your day a clear structure.
RUN SHEET
On the day, one coordinator will be on-site to coordinate vendors, assist your MC with their duties, cue ceremony and reception music, support the flow of key moments throughout the day and ensure the event runs smoothly!
TEN HOURS COORDINATION
We can assist with the setup and styling of small décor items such as candles, florals, welcome signage, place cards and other personal details. Where possible, we can also repurpose ceremony florals for cocktail hour or reception spaces.
STYLING ASSISTANCE
The atmosphere you’ve imagined is made up of many small decisions. We take the time to understand those choices, so our assistance reflects the look and feel you’ve already planned.
