Taryn will be personally planning every detail of your wedding for you.
Together we will develop and refine your priorities, personal style and overall vision for the day. Through thoughtful guidance and considered recommendations, Taryn will help shape a wedding experience that feels intentional, cohesive and deeply reflective of you as a couple.
VISION
Taryn will source, recommend and secure your venue and vendors, drawing on her trusted network and industry experience to find the right fit for your wedding day.
You’ll receive carefully considered options and detailed recommendations, giving you the information and confidence to make decisions with clarity. Once selected, Taryn will manage communication and logistics with each vendor, ensuring every detail is tracked, confirmed and aligned with the overall plan.
VENDOR SOURCING
A personalised style guide will be designed for you that brings together the visual direction for your day, from florals and tablescapes to linens, signage, stationery and finishing details. Taryn will then source and coordinate styling and hire items in line with the style guide, ensuring the overall look feels cohesive, personal and beautifully considered.
STYLING
Taryn will create a realistic and well-structured wedding budget that reflects your priorities, overall vision and desired level of investment.
Throughout the planning process, your expenses will be tracked in our dedicated planning portal, giving you clear visibility over costs, allocations and upcoming payments.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
As your wedding day approaches, Taryn will liaise with your venue and vendors to create a detailed wedding day plan and run sheet, ensuring every element is clearly documented and carefully timed.
On the day, Taryn will be on-site to coordinate vendors and manage the wedding day timeline, ensuring the celebration flows smoothly.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Throughout the planning journey, you will receive ongoing email and phone support, along with in-person or online planning meetings to guide decisions and keep the process moving with clarity.
Taryn will attend venue site visits where required and provide access to our dedicated wedding planning dashboard, so key details, documents and planning progress remain organised in one central place.
