We are based in Brisbane, and travel regularly to all the beautiful venues across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and surrounds! We are happy to travel as far as you’d like us to.

We also have a lot of experience working with couples who are based all over the world and are having their weddings here in South East Queensland.

We can absolutely step in and help, even if you have some vendors locked in already! We are regularly contacted by couples who have started planning their day, but then realise they would like some extra support.

Venue coordinators and day of coordinators work hand in hand, but are not the same job!

Each venue will offer slightly different levels of involvement, however in general, the venue coordinator will focus on food and beverage service, making sure the lights are on, the venue is secure and the rules are being adhered to.

A day of coordinator’s focus is on ensuring you and your guests have everything you need to enjoy the day! From preparing a detailed run sheet of the whole day (not just from the ceremony begins) to ensuring last minute styling items are set up, your vendors and MC have all the information they need and the timeline is followed.

We’ve planned full weddings in less than three months, but love when our couple’s give us 12 - 18 months to plan their big day!

We have planned many multi-day weddings and across many different faiths. We absolutely love learning about different cultures and incorporating different traditions into your day.

We have planned countless private property weddings and are across all the intricacies and logistics that make these kinds of weddings so much fun!
