Our partial wedding planning package is designed for couples who have already begun planning and would like expert support to bring the remaining details together with clarity, confidence and care.
Together we will develop and refine your priorities, personal style and overall vision for the day. Through thoughtful guidance and considered recommendations, Taryn will help shape a wedding experience that feels intentional, cohesive and deeply reflective of you as a couple.
VISION
Taryn will source, recommend and secure four key vendors, drawing on her trusted network and industry experience to find the right fit for your wedding day. These may include florists, styling, furniture or décor hire suppliers, caterers, bar staff, transport or any other type of vendor, depending on your vision and the plans already in place.
You’ll receive carefully considered options and detailed recommendations, giving you the information and confidence to make decisions with clarity.
VENDOR SOURCING
Once your vendors have been selected, Taryn will manage communication and logistics with each vendor, ensuring every detail is tracked, confirmed and aligned with the overall plan. She will also take over and manage the communication of vendors you’ve already secured.
VENDOR COMMUNICATION
As your wedding day approaches, Taryn will liaise with your venue and vendors to create a detailed wedding day plan and run sheet, ensuring every element is clearly documented and carefully timed.
On the day, Taryn will be on-site to coordinate vendors and manage the wedding day timeline, ensuring the celebration flows smoothly.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Throughout the planning journey, you will receive ongoing email and phone support, along with in-person or online planning meetings to guide decisions and keep the process moving with clarity.
Taryn will attend venue site visits where required and provide access to our dedicated wedding planning dashboard, so key details, documents and planning progress remain organised in one central place.

She then made her way to the reception to check the seating plan, styling and setup, making sure everything was in its place before we arrived.
But more than anything, we trusted her completely. We knew that if something needed to be done, Taryn would handle it. We never had to wonder whether something had been forgotten or worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We could simply enjoy our wedding and be completely present with our friends and family.
